What we do

We make your product easier to use, and harder to leave.

Good UI/UX design is not decoration, it's the difference between a product people adopt and one they abandon. We bring a rigorous, research-backed design process to every engagement: we understand users before we design for them, and we test designs before developers build them.

How a UI/UX design project works

1

Research & Discovery

We interview users, audit existing products and analyse competitors, building an evidence base before any design decisions are made.

2

Architecture & Wireframes

We map the information architecture, user flows and key journeys, then wireframe all screens for review before visual design begins.

3

UI Design & Prototype

High-fidelity UI applied to approved wireframes, complete with the design system, interactive prototype and usability testing.

4

Handoff & Support

Annotated Figma files delivered with a dev walkthrough. We stay available for design questions during the build phase.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about our process, deliverables and how UI/UX differs from the other design services.

Website Design is focused on designing and building a website, it's a complete deliverable including development. Mobile App Design is specifically the visual design of iOS/Android apps. UI/UX Design is the broader design discipline, it includes research, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing and design systems, and applies across any digital product (website, app, dashboard, SaaS platform). If you need the research and strategy layer, or you have a complex product, UI/UX Design is the right service.

Most founders think they know what users want, and most are partially wrong. UX research doesn't mean you don't know your users; it means you validate assumptions before you invest in building the wrong thing. Even a lightweight research phase (3–5 user interviews) regularly surfaces critical issues that would have cost far more to fix after build. We always recommend at least a lean research phase.

A design system is a library of reusable components (buttons, inputs, cards, navbars etc.) with defined rules for how they look and behave, built in Figma and mirrored in code. You need one if you're building a product that will grow: without one, design becomes inconsistent and development slows down because every screen is being designed and coded from scratch. For simple websites, a design system is optional. For apps and platforms, it's essential.

Yes. Partial redesigns, a specific flow, a checkout process, an onboarding sequence, a dashboard, are a common engagement type. We scope it around the specific screens and flows you want to improve, run an audit of that area first, then redesign with the context of your existing design system (or build one for that section).

UX Audit: 5–7 business days. Full UX/UI Design (up to 30 screens): 5–8 weeks. Enterprise / complex product (60+ screens): 10–16 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly stakeholders review and approve work at each phase.

Yes, we offer monthly design retainers for product teams who want a consistent design partner. This works on a sprint model: we agree on the design priorities each month, deliver in two-week sprints, and have weekly check-in calls. Retainers start from ₦200,000/month and are ideal for startups and growing product teams that need ongoing design capacity without hiring full-time.
