FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about print specs, turnaround, file formats and working with us.

Ideally you provide the text, you know your message better than we do. For images, we can source high-quality stock photography at no extra cost, or use your own photos if you have them. If you need a photographer, we can arrange that separately. The more you give us, the closer the first draft will be to what you want.

Print files are in CMYK colour mode (how printers mix ink), set at 300 DPI, and include 3mm bleed and crop marks. Digital files are in RGB colour mode (how screens display colour), at 72–150 DPI, and optimised for file size. We deliver both by default, so you can print the design and share it digitally without needing to go back to the designer.

Standard turnaround for a single asset is 2–3 business days. Rush delivery (same day or next day) is available for an additional fee, let us know your deadline when you contact us and we'll confirm whether it's achievable. Having all your content (text, images, colours) ready when you brief us significantly speeds up delivery.

Yes, we can work with a basic style direction (colours, fonts, mood) even without a formal brand identity. However, if you're building a serious business, we'd recommend completing a brand identity project first so all your collateral looks cohesive. See our Branding & Logo Design page for details.

We deliver print-ready files so you can take them to any printer worldwide. We don't handle printing directly, but we can recommend reliable print vendors in your region if you need guidance on where to get your files printed professionally.

Standard delivery includes PDF (print-ready with bleed), PNG (transparent background, digital use), JPEG (web/sharing) and the editable source file (AI for Illustrator work, PSD for Photoshop, INDD for InDesign, or Figma link). All files are named clearly and delivered in a structured folder.
