Sound familiar?

IT problems that are costing your business money

These are the most common IT challenges we fix for businesses every week.

Slow internet & network downtime

Your team can't work because the network keeps dropping or bandwidth is shared poorly across the office.

No data backup system

Your business data lives on individual laptops with no backup. One hardware failure could cost you everything.

Security vulnerabilities

No firewall, outdated software, no antivirus policy, shared passwords, your business is an easy target.

No IT support when things break

When a computer or server goes down, you have no one to call. Hours lost waiting for a fix that should take minutes.

Outdated or mismatched hardware

Old computers slowing down staff, incompatible software, or hardware bought without a proper plan for the business's needs.

Scaling pains

Your IT setup worked when you were 5 people. Now you're 25 and everything is creaking, licences, storage, access, speed.

What we do

Your outsourced IT department, without the overhead.

Most growing businesses can't afford a full in-house IT team, but they still need everything to work. We act as your dedicated IT partner: designing the right infrastructure, procuring the right hardware, securing your environment, and keeping everything running so your team stays productive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about our IT services, support plans and how we work.

Yes, most of our clients come with an existing setup (even a messy one). We assess what's there, clean up what needs fixing, and build on top of what's working. We don't insist on rebuilding everything from scratch.

Response times depend on your support plan, 48 hours for Basic, 24 hours for Business, and 4 hours for critical issues on Enterprise. For active incidents on Business and Enterprise plans, we aim to acknowledge and begin remote triage within the hour.

Both. Most day-to-day support is handled remotely. Business and Enterprise plans include scheduled on-site visits and we can dispatch an engineer for issues that require physical access. We operate across your region, with remote support available nationally.

Yes. Cloud migration is one of our core capabilities. We assess your current setup, design the right cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or hybrid), migrate data and applications, and provide ongoing cloud management. We handle the complexity so your team doesn't have to.

We can do either. We advise on the exact spec for your needs, and can procure and deliver hardware directly, or provide a detailed procurement list if you prefer to source it yourself. We configure and install everything either way.

We recommend a minimum of 3 months for managed support, this gives enough time to stabilise your environment and see the value of proactive IT management. After that, plans run month-to-month. Enterprise plans typically run on annual contracts with SLA guarantees.
