What we do

Your brand deserves visuals that do justice to it, not Canva templates that look like everyone else's.

Most businesses show up inconsistently on social media, different fonts, different colours, mismatched styles, because they're designing post by post with no system. We build you a social media design system: a library of templates, assets and guidelines so every post looks like it belongs to the same brand, whoever makes it.

  • Post & carousel templates
  • Story & reel cover designs
  • Profile picture & cover photos
  • Highlight icon sets
  • Monthly content graphics

Content Formats

Every content format, designed to spec

Every platform has different dimensions, aspect ratios and display behaviours. We design to the correct spec, so nothing gets cropped, stretched or looks off.

Square Post (1080×1080)

The standard Instagram and Facebook post format, works equally well in feed, shared posts and as a flexible all-purpose format across platforms.

Story & Reel (1080×1920)

Full-screen vertical format for Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, maximum screen real estate on mobile.

Carousel (Multiple Slides)

Multi-slide posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, great for educational content, step-by-step guides, before/after comparisons and product showcases.

Landscape (1920×1080)

Widescreen format for Facebook covers, YouTube channel art, Twitter headers and LinkedIn banners, displayed at the top of your profile.

Profile Picture (400×400)

A crisp, brand-consistent profile image optimised for circular cropping on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, readable at thumbnail size.

Highlight Covers (1080×1920)

Branded circular icon covers for Instagram Highlights, using your brand colours and iconography to organise your profile and reinforce your visual identity.

What's Included

What you get with every package

Beyond just pretty graphics, a complete, usable system.

On-Brand Design

Every graphic is built using your brand colours, fonts and logo, consistent with your website, print materials and overall identity.

Correct Dimensions

Every file is sized to the exact pixel dimensions for its platform, no stretching, cropping or awkward white bars when you post.

Editable Templates

Templates are delivered in Canva (shareable link) or Figma so your team can swap text, images and colours for new posts without touching the design.

Export-Ready Files

All graphics exported as high-quality PNGs and JPEGs, optimised for web (smaller file size, fast loading), organised by platform and format.

Usage Guide

A short guide explaining how to use each template, which text to change, what to keep consistent, and how to maintain brand consistency when posting.

Revision Rounds

Every package includes revision rounds, so you can request changes to colours, layout, typography or content before the final files are delivered.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about templates, file formats, platforms and monthly packages.

You don't need a formal brand guidelines document, but we do need at least a logo and a sense of your colour preferences and style. If you don't have a brand identity yet, we recommend starting with our Branding & Logo Design service first, or we can develop a simple brand direction as part of the social media project.

Yes, that's the point. We deliver editable templates in Canva (if you prefer a simple interface) or Figma (if your team is more design-savvy). Swapping text, images and colours requires no design skills. We also provide a short usage guide so your team knows exactly what to change and what to keep the same.

All packages cover up to 2 platforms (e.g. Instagram + Facebook) as standard. Adding extra platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, is available as an add-on. Most businesses focus on 1–2 platforms first and expand from there, which we recommend unless you have the content capacity to post consistently everywhere.

Social media design is just the visual design, we produce the graphics and templates. Social media management is the full service: strategy, content planning, caption writing, scheduling, community management and analytics. If you want someone to run your social media end-to-end, see our Social Media Management service.

Starter Pack: 5–7 business days. Growth Pack: 7–10 business days. Full Content System: 2–3 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you review and give feedback at each stage.

Yes. Our monthly content retainer is a fully managed graphic production service, we design each post fresh every month rather than you editing templates yourself. This works well for businesses that post frequently and want completely unique designs each time. Monthly retainers start from ₦60,000/month, contact us to scope it for your volume and platforms.
