Why it matters

Gmail looks unprofessional. Here's the difference.

Your email address is often the first thing a potential client notices. Make it count.

Without business email

Clients question if you're a real business
Emails often land in spam folders
No shared team inboxes or aliases
No SPF/DKIM, poor deliverability
Google can suspend your account anytime
With DigitalX business email
hello@yourbrand.com, looks credible instantly
Builds trust with clients, partners and investors
Proper deliverability, emails reach the inbox
Multiple addresses: team@, sales@, support@
SPF, DKIM & DMARC configured correctly
You own it, not tied to any third-party account

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about email platforms, setup, deliverability, and migration.

Yes, your business email runs on your domain (e.g. yourbrand.com). If you don't have one yet, we can register it for you at the same time. Check our Domain Registration page for pricing.

Yes. We can migrate your existing emails, contacts, and calendar from Gmail, Yahoo, or another provider to your new business email, nothing gets lost in the move.

cPanel email is hosted on your web server, simple, affordable, and good for small teams. Google Workspace gives you Gmail's familiar interface, Google Drive, Meet, Calendar, and Docs all under your domain. If your team collaborates heavily, Google Workspace is worth the extra cost.

This is almost always a missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC record. These DNS authentication records tell receiving mail servers that your emails are legitimate. We configure all three correctly as part of every setup.

It depends on your plan. cPanel plans range from 3 accounts to unlimited. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 charge per user (seat), so you pay for each person who needs an inbox. Aliases and group addresses don't typically count as extra seats.

Yes, all platforms support iOS and Android. cPanel email works with Apple Mail, Gmail app, and Outlook using IMAP settings. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 have their own native apps. We provide step-by-step guidance for device setup as part of every package.
