Both. Consultation means we help you build the strategy and plan. Implementation means we can also execute it, through DigitalX's full suite of services (design, development, marketing). We're a full-service agency, so you don't have to go elsewhere to execute the plan we build together.

Both options are available. Most sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet or Zoom) for convenience. In-person sessions are available in your region by arrangement, for clients who prefer face-to-face working sessions.

We work best with SMEs and founder-led businesses worldwide, service businesses, agencies, ecommerce brands, tech startups, professional services, and consumer brands. We don't work with businesses that don't have a genuine product or service already operating.

Strategy sessions give you clarity and direction immediately. The business results from executing the strategy depend on what we identify and how fast you implement, but most clients see meaningful movement within 30–90 days of acting on the plan.

We send a short briefing form before every session, covering your business basics, current challenges, and goals. This ensures we use the session time effectively and arrive with relevant questions and observations already prepared.
