These terms guide how DigitalX provides branding, web design, software development, hosting, SEO, paid ads, content, consulting, and related digital services.
Service Engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities are agreed before work begins. Changes to scope may affect cost and delivery time.
Payments
Invoices, deposits, milestones, renewals, and balances must be paid according to the agreed proposal or invoice terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access, and feedback needed to complete work.
Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables are transferred according to the agreed project terms after full payment. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, hosting, or licenses remain subject to their own terms.
Support and Maintenance
Support, updates, hosting, and marketing retainers are handled under the relevant service agreement.
