Yes. We can migrate your existing emails, contacts, and calendar from Gmail, Yahoo, or another provider to your new business email — nothing gets lost in the move.

cPanel email is hosted on your web server — simple, affordable, and good for small teams. Google Workspace gives you Gmail's familiar interface, Google Drive, Meet, Calendar, and Docs all under your domain. If your team collaborates heavily, Google Workspace is worth the extra cost.

This is almost always a missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC record. These DNS authentication records tell receiving mail servers that your emails are legitimate. We configure all three correctly as part of every setup.

It depends on your plan. cPanel plans range from 3 accounts to unlimited. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 charge per user (seat) — so you pay for each person who needs an inbox. Aliases and group addresses don't typically count as extra seats.
